As opposed to us normal beings who are content with buying just one property in their lifetime, celebrities are used to owning multiple expensive houses. But when a celeb’s real estate portfolio includes not five or six, but seventeen plush properties, it’s just unbelievable (don’t rub your eyes, you read that correctly)!! As for the celeb, it’s none other than Sandra Bullock.
America’s sweetheart and one of the top-grossing actresses of the 90s, Sandra Bullock, has starred in some great hits like Crash, The Blind Side, Gravity, and most recently, Bird Box. Apart from being a talented actress, she’s a skillful home-buyer and home-flipper, and this talent of hers often keeps her in the headlines.
Recently, Bullock revealed that she’d added three new homes to her real estate portfolio for $16.5 million. Join us while we give you a quick tour of these homes.

Deets on Sandra Bullock’s three new properties
Bullock bought the first property in June 2018 for $8.5 million. It sits on 3,700 sq. ft. of land inside a guard-gated Malibu community. Dating back to the 1970s, the house comprises four beds and four baths with access to a nearby private beach.
Though it needed some renovations, it was all worth the money since after the modifications, many of its floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces provide an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean.
Two years later, in 2020 the actress dropped $5.3 million to purchase a single-story cottage in the same guard-gated Malibu Community. The mint green cottage spans over 1300 sq. ft. and sits behind a red brick wall. It consists of two beds and two baths and provides complete security from trespassers and prying eyes. The back terrace of the cottage has multiple tables and chairs with serene views of the ocean. Reports say that soon after purchasing the house, Bullock listed it as a rental. However, we’re not sure whether she found a suitable tenant or not.
Bullock’s most recent acquisition was in February 2021, when she bought a $2.7 million Bungalow in the mountains above Beverly Hills. The property dates back to 1964 and sits over 2800 sq. ft. area. It has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms with an updated kitchen, a backyard swimming pool, and an English garden-style front yard.
