Any guesses? Allow us to drop a few hints.
Best known for characters like Rocky Balboa, John Rambo, and Barney Ross, he’s the one and only, Sylvester Stallone. Fondly called Sly, the actor has done justice to the title of a true “action” hero in all his movies. But today, he’s making headlines for several other things in addition to his career; selling and buying properties, for instance.
According to reports, Sly Stallone is listing his Beverly Park Estate for $130 million. It looks like he’s decided to retire in sunny Florida!
Without wasting any time, let’s juice in on the details of this one, shall we?
First things first – Deal Deets
On-screen “Rocky” bought the 3.5-acre plot in the 90s for an undisclosed amount. He later had several customizations done to it, and has now hired Platinum Triangle agent Ben Bacal to manage its sale.
Bacal is the founder of Revel Real Estate, and has been quoted as saying that even though the final price isn’t yet fixed, the Los Angeles mansion would fall under the 100 to 130 million dollar bracket. As per reports, the mansion has an annual tax bill above $125,000.

Stallone’s Beverly Park Mansion
The property sits over a massive 21,000 sq. ft. of land and includes eight bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, several ornamented living rooms, a double island kitchen, a library cum home office, and a family room with a wall-sized movie screen. You’ll be surprised to know that the library holds a life-sized statue of Stallone as Rocky, complete with his boxing-gloves adorned hands raised in the air. Apart from this, the family room has hand-painted walls and is equipped with windows that extend from the floor to the ceiling.
The outdoor area is decorated with manicured lawns and features a huge swimming pool. Near the swimming pool is a built-in spa, which is surrounded by sun decks and more statues. Stallone’s mansion is located near Sumner Redstone’s (late media tycoon) mansion, and is complemented with a guesthouse and service wing. The second-floor terrace of the guesthouse provides a spectacular view of the canyons and city lights.
It’s believed that Stallone’s property could become the most pricey property sold in the area as the current record stands at $40 million. However, as per Dirt’s information, billionaire Steven Udvar-Hazy is quoting a price of $160 million for his nearby estate. So there’s a possibility that Steven might beat Stallone.

What other properties has Sylvester sold and bought?
The Beverly Park Mansion’s listing has come just after Stallone sold his Southern Californian Estate for $3.15 million in mid-2020. The sale was differentiated by just a month since Stallone bought a 13,000 square feet Palm Beach Estate for $35 million.
